A family business planning session

Our Services

Three Engagements, One Direction

Each of our services is designed for a different stage of succession readiness. You choose the one that fits where your family is now — and the scope reflects exactly what that stage requires.

Our Methodology

How We Approach Succession Work

Every Aldercrest engagement begins with listening. Before we suggest a structure or a plan, we take time to understand the family's situation — who is involved, what the business looks like operationally, what each family member hopes for, and what concerns have not yet been said aloud.

From there, we work in a structured but adaptable way. Written notes keep everyone aligned between sessions. Plans are built iteratively, with the family's input at each step. Nothing is finalised until the family is ready to finalise it.

Where the work touches areas requiring legal or financial expertise, we pause and help you bring in the right professionals, rather than proceeding beyond our scope.

Listen First

We begin with your family's situation, not a template.

Document as We Go

Working notes keep all parties aligned between sessions.

Iterate Together

Plans are built with the family, not presented to them.

Appropriate Referral

We are clear about the boundaries of our work and help you access regulated legal and financial expertise when needed.

Your Pace
